/usr/local/maldetect/ignore_file_ext
A line spaced file for file extensions to be excluded from search results, Sample ignore entry:
.js
.css

So, simply add to the ignore_file_ext the image extensions you want to exclude such as .jpg, .png, .gif and so on, remember its line spaced so one entry per line.

you need to put a way to skip files like images
the scan takes a month to run!
